The knives were of excellent quality. The customer service was not the most understanding. I accidentally ordered the same item twice within just a few hours time. When I realized the mistake, I immediately notified the. And asked to cancel the last order. It had already been processed through and it couldn't be canceled or wouldn't be canceled. So I ended up with 2 knives. Again great quality in product..not so much with customer service

Overall, my experience was pretty solid. The shipping was a little slow but I've come to find out that there was a mail carrier strike in the area. So not entirely their fault, I think these are made to order. The Blade looks well made the leather holster it comes with, Could use some work. Definitely made to be cost effective and time effective for the sheath. Id prefer something that's wet formed around it, but I'll look into that myself. Also for the price I can't really complain too much. I have to put my own edge on it but the point is quite sharp
