Vintage Design V-42 Dagger US Special Forces WWII Dagger Knife
with Leather sheath
The V-42 was designed in part by the Commanding Officer of the First Special Service Force, The Devil's Bridgade; Lt. Colonel Robert T. Frederick. The knife was designed and constructed with the sole purpose of battle in mind. This knife was the trademark weapon of the Devil's Brigade, and its members were trained extensively in the use of the V-42.
The historically accurate features a stacked wood handle like the original, as to be easily handled in cold weather. Each dagger offers a sharp, double-edged stiletto blade that pierces through even tough materials with ease.

Beautifully crafted knife that looks and feels exactly like a Fairbairn–Sykes fighting knife. Definitely worth the money and probably more

Great example of a war time knife made for one purpose.

Excellent feel, matches my grandfather's blade. The edge grind was different lengths on either side, unlike the blade passed down to me, but it was a fast fix with a diamond file and a fine edge with a strop.
