The Knife I got was not what was advertised, and when I sought a replacement, I was simply lied to, and told that each Knife is "hand made"

This is a beautiful knife I genuinely love it so very much that I named it ShadowBlade it even is something of a work of art and I am truly proud to have it. I am so very pleased and can’t wait to put it to good use in my daily life. It is so very unique and I cannot believe that it has the four colors for the four elements which makes it even better for me.
